Julie was very quick to respond after the initial booking and quickly answered any questions I had. Julie reached out a week or so before we were due to arrive to schedule meeting. Easy communication at all times. On arrival Julie was waiting to meet us outside the apartment, gave a detailed run down on how to use everything in the apartment and cleaning schedules along with some local tips on shops etc. During our stay contact with Julie was effortless. The apartmentis spacious and in good condition, the heating works well if needed and the windows are large and easy to air the place if too warm. There is a parking space and the train station is at the apartment so it is easy to get places too. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Unfortunately this property needs some serious TLC for the price you’re expected to pay. The flat smelt of old cigarette smoke and I’m not sure when the fridge and washing machine were properly cleaned. Though Julie is lovely, money needs to be invested back into this property for it to be at a standard for people to stay in.

Fab location for Napa - thanks for having us

We stayed for 2 consecutive weeks so that my son could attend therapy at the Napa centre. Perfect location for this - literally a minute walk away. Julie was a good host and responded to queries. There were a few pieces of kitchen equipment that were too dirty to use (chopping board and frying pan) I informed Julie and she replaced them. The hairdryer was also broken and she also replaced this.
