Sandpiper is such a gorgeous beach house, cozy and relaxing, and well equipped. The check in was easy, Marie was very helpful throughout and the house itself is even better than it looks in the pics! We'd love to visit again one day!

Amazing location, seemless check in.Fantastically spacious house right on the beach with everything you could possibly need. Kevin and Marie were gracious ,and readily available .A memorable stay!!

Sandpiper is a really fantastic home to be based whilst visiting Paternoster. The location is literally perfect and the property benefits from direct beach access as well as welcomed privacy and protection from the weather. In terms of the home itself and the facilities, the photos really don’t do full justice - as other guests have correctly noted. The layout is great and we especially enjoyed the large open plan (and very well stocked) kitchen, lovely braai area with views across the bay and stylish finishes throughout - from cushions and blankets to comfy mattresses and the hugely practical kitchen space with brilliant fridge/freezer, a large range of quality utensils, etc. Finally the home is also a short walk to excellent food and drink options. Some guests (including for other local properties) list petty crime as a concern but to be honest, like most parts of South Africa, if you use common sense and don’t leave things lying around or unlocked, you should be absolutely fine. It is worth noting that cars are parked on the street which didn’t cause any issues. Overall a lovely stay - our only complaint was that it was too short! Highly recommend!
