We booked a weekend in the wonderful Springhill Cottage for a much needed break. It was the first holiday with our dog and the cottage acted as the perfect base for us to explore Yorkshire. The views were stunning and the location perfectly quiet with the small addition of the cockerel doing his job in the morning :) The cottage was clean, beautifully decorated and very practical for muddy paws and walking boots. Elaine was a wonderful host and even though she was away with her lovely sister manning the fort, she still communicated with me promptly and effectively. We have already said that we would love to go back.

The most beautiful stay! All i kept saying is ‘this is my dream’! Stunning cottage and the views were to match, was lucky enough to see a few of the animals around the cottage which was lovely. Easy drive to harrogate and ripon for days out, would 100% recommend

Spring Hill cottage provides a wonderful base for exploring the Yorkshire Dales. Despite the weather we found lots to do, with plenty of walks for us and our dog. The welcome hamper is always a lovely touch. The garden was fantastic with beautiful views.
