We booked this place and received confirmation with all the house details, but the entry key was missing. I left 5-6 text messages explaining that I was coming from a long way and would arrive by midnight, and that I had my family with me. However, I didn't receive any response. While I was on my way to her place, I called her and asked for the entry key, but she gave me the wrong one. I tried to reconfirm via text, but she didn't respond. When I arrived at the place by midnight, I found that the key/password was incorrect. This place was in the middle of the forest with no mobile signals, and my family was with me. I managed to get a signal at one corner and called the host 20 times, but there was no response. I then called the management company's after-hours emergency number, but again, no response. Finally, I called Airbnb, and they rescued me from the situation. It was a really tough and scary couple of hours and the worst part was, host/management responded the next morning.

Beautiful cabin. We loved sitting outside on the porch and using the fire pit. It was beautifully decorated and well stocked with all you needed.

Good quiet place. looks kind of mysterious getting there but is worth it. funny how they ask you to do all this stuff before you leave but they charge you a cleaning fee, but yet the cabin had a funky smell and was dusty the coffe maker didn't work as well make sure you bring everything you need there's nothing closed to buy.

The location is awesome! Super close to the Appalachian trail, which is what we wanted! The cabin is beautiful, and the fenced in yard was great for our pups! The only negative was that there were not enough sheets provided for all available beds; which included a futon and a pull out couch. The pull out couch is not very comfy to sleep on either, we actually put the mattress directly on the floor the second night and it was much better then. Otherwise, the cabin is amazing and we would definitely stay there again!
