It was a nice clean cabin and very quiet and relaxing. Our grandsons loved the outdoor games and being able to explore. We had a great time. Checkin was easy and convenient! We had a great time.

If you're looking for an opportunity to just kick back in a camp cabin, go for a few hikes in the woods or down by the lake and past waterfall/dam overflow, and relax by a campfire this is a great place to get away for the weekend. We were down here to attend graduation activities at Cottey College and stayed here rather than a hotel so we could get out and about. Great hot shower and comfy beds. Grocery store is just down the road. And you can head to Nevada for some good bbq only about 30 minutes drive. Jodi was easy to contact/speak to directly--which was very helpful upon arrival if, like us you arrive after dark and used Apple maps. Use Google maps--travel ALL the way down E. Broadway Street until T-intersection at N. Vernon St. (if it's daytime you'll be looking an artistic Camp Galilee sign) turn left and then immediately veer to the right--that's the entrance to Camp Galilee. The "silver/service entrance" gates are just to your left. Enjoy your stay.
