We are from Canada and traveling Columbia. We stayed 5 days and found the area was in a great location, walkable, everything close by, parks, gathering squares, historic culture, restaurants. Manuel was quick to respond to an issue with TV’s. The staff were friendly & helpful. Drawback was the steep hill.

El apartamento es tal y como se ve, espacioso y muy bien situado, el lugar tiene todo cercano, desde un centro comercial a dos minutos, hasta bares, restaurantes y un gimnasio, a 10 minutos está la sexta que tiene todo tipo de lugares para comidas, discotecas etc, la zona es muy segura, el centro de cali está a 10 minutos andando donde puedes encontrar de todo, la atención del hotel es muy buena, te ayudan en todo lo que necesites así como la limpieza, con Manuel tuve un contacto por teléfono pero estuvo pendiente de solucionar algún inconveniente que tuve, en definitiva lo recomendaría sin duda.

Great spot, highly reccomend! I stayed here for a month. The apartment is quite nice and bigger than I thought from the photos. The neighborhood is excellent, a bit removed from the main part of Granada which I liked, but just a short walk to it, as well as to other spots you’ll probably want to go like the bulevar del Rio, barrio San Antonio, Cali oeste. The 24/7 reception in the building is great and the air conditioning is amazing to escape the Cali heat. My only suggestion for improvement would be new sheets and towels - there were some stains on the bath towels and what looks like a bleach stain on the top of the sheets. But that’s not a big deal as everything was obviously very clean when I arrived. Overall a great Airbnb and an incredible value for the price.
