The home is in a great location for reaching the north shore and the west shore. The lunch trucks at Kaluku, were great ... we expecially loved the Thai food. Really enjoyed the 2 loop hides in the foothills less than a mile from the home. The shorter one was a nice variety of plantlife. A monk seal often hangs out on the beach across the street from the home and then 200 yards northd. The large, open area on the main floor provided good table space, etc. for our 3 generation family of 16. The home was very functional and we enjoyed using the beach towels and the boogie boards. The home is dated and could use some work but was functional. No dishwasher but by using paper plates keeping everything clean daily was easy. We used the large capacity washer/dryer daily for the beach and other towels. Kawela beach, just west of Turtle Bay, was a fantastic place with virtually no waves. Great for kids learning to swim with shade nearby and some large turtles on the west side of that quiet bay. It is fairly quiet and picturesque .... the site of many movies and TV productions such as "Lost". Fawwaz was a great host and responsive to our questions.

The house was great, we were a group of 14 and had plenty of room. Fawwaz was a great host! The house is in a nice location for exploring the island and right across the street from a nice secluded beach.

Older home, but clean. Beds were comfortable and basic amenities wee included. It was great for our party of 8.

The house is big, but not taken care of. The picture the host has posted must be year's old. The house needs a full remodel inside and out. Everything is in the house is so out dated. There is water damage in the ceiling in the living room,the bathroom down stairs also has water damage in ceiling and a leaky shower. I only booked this house because Airbnb canceled the first house I booked due to some new law that passed in Honolulu. This house is definitely over priced. I wish I could ask for my money back. Hawaii is beautiful and my family and I made it work, but extremely disappointed with the how much I paid for a house that needs so much work.

Fawwaz is the definition of a perfect host. He was so kind and quick to respond with any questions or concerns we had. He added to the already amazing experience of Hawaii.
