We were in town for a baseball tournament in Grimes. Great house for our family of 4 and 2 dogs. Nice location close to the highway. Quiet and nice neighborhood. House was well stocked. Joy was open to a late check out which was much appreciated. Will definitely consider staying here again!

Well loved home. Needs some basic maintenance and updating. Carpet needs replacing or a good scrubbing. Beds are adequate. Certain rooms are geared toward children as the beds are low to the ground. Office labels are plastered on doors and refrigerator. House is adequate and fairly clean. Basic communication.

The house was spacious and comfortable. Joy was very responsive without any delay. I would definitely rent a property from Joy in the future

Great place. Quiet neighborhood. Clean and roomy. As expected. Hosts were very responsive (even to unnecessary questions like what's the wifi when it was clearly in the booking profile ; ). They even were graciously willing to ship back a left behind electronic device. Definitely a pet friendly place--it was clean, no pet hair (we didn't have pets with us) but I did have an allergic reaction to the space. So if you're highly sensitive, likely not the place for you.

The house had a wonderful location. Friendly, quiet beautiful neighborhood. Close to the interstate for easy access to Living History Farms and grocery stores. Beautiful fenced in yard with lots of room to play and run around. The bedrooms were very large. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchen utensils and supplies. The kitchen needs a deep clean, specifically the refrigerator and stove/oven.
