Definitely 5 Stars. We felt like we’d been bumped to First Class on a long flight. Exceeded our expectations. Matched pictures and description. Tasteful decor and comfortable furniture. Comfortable beds with soft linens. Plenty of hot water for showers. Washer/dryer. Room in the garage for both car and golf cart. Made loading and unloading easy. Reliable WiFi. Large TV in living area. Small TV in Guest Room. Super clean. Fully stocked kitchen. Nice screened lanai with new and comfortable patio sofa and chair. Quiet neighborhood. Golf Cart a real bonus. Lovely surroundings. So much to do if you want. Town Squares are great for shopping, eating and nightly live entertainment 7 days/week. Jim was responsive, informative and friendly. A lot of care has gone into making guests welcome and comfortable. Would love to stay again for more than just a week. Highly recommend

Lovely house, nice neighbourhood. Just a little far from the golf course where my son was playing a tournament but that was my error. We would recommend Jim's house.

Jim’s place was perfect for us. The accommodation was cozy with everything that we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with all utensils necessary if you decide to eat at home. Tea, coffee and a small store cupboard were great to get us started when we arrived. The Toiletries were very much appreciated, Jim had thought of everything that you may need to start your holiday. The location was just ideal, the swimming pool was within walking distance and the village squares were 10 minutes by car. All in all we had a fabulous stay and would not hesitate to recommend to others.

Great place to stay in The Villages

This was a wonderful place to stay while visiting family. Had everything we needed and more!! We found the king bed was way too soft, but tolerable for me. The queen bed was more comfortable for my husband but too hard for me. So, we slept in different beds. We did not have time to take advantage of the golf cart. Lots of instructions in their welcoming book. But we had a hard time figuring out what to do with the trash. We ended up asking some friendly neighbors who gave us the skinny about that. We would definitely plan a stay here when we are in the area again.
