Chuk's place is a lovely, comfortable home. This was perfect for our first visit to grandparents who recently moved into the retirement facility nearby: we literally walked across the street - so convenient! Chuk provided helpful information when we needed it and facilitated our stay when we unexpectedly needed to extend our time in Folsom. We'll be back for future visits!

We really enjoyed our stay at Chuk's place. It is a spacious, comfortable condo in a quiet, gated development. It includes a garage. Its layout suited our needs, and we enjoyed the workout center. We definitely look forward to staying there in the future.

This nice condo was a great location for us to visit our kids. It's in a gated community so there were more codes, remotes, etc., to access the premises, but Chuk left good instructions for everything, plus there's a beautiful walking path within the community. The condo itself had plenty of kitchen and bathroom supplies, towels, paper products, etc. A couple of the window blinds were not functioning so couldn't open them, but the place was decorated very nicely and was suitable for our needs.

Chuk was a great host ! Very responsive to our needs. Very personable and wanted to be sure we had a great stay. Respected our privacy . Would definitely stay again ….. very close to our family up there. Location was perfect up there. 5 stars !!!

Chuk was great - The property was just down the road to an abundance of great shopping and fine restaurants. The community was peaceful & quiet. Just off the freeway, so commuting to nearby areas was expeditious and painless. Thanks Chuk! I will get with you next time myself or one of my colleagues are in need.
