Monica was phenomenal host who went out of her way to look after my parents when they stayed at her place for few days holiday break - unusual these days when it’s all transaction based.The place is fabulous, with high quality decor, splendid location, and from what I could see browsing other airbnb offers in Gaeta - absolutely best value for money!Would love to return again - thank you again Monica!

A perfect place to stay - we couldn’t have asked for more! Comfy beds, spacious living/ kitchen area, proximity to a wonderful sandy beach with clear warm water, and of course the most amazing sea view 😍! Plus Monica was really friendly and it’s always a nice touch to be able to meet your host in person. We hope to return!

This is definitely a vacation spot / apartment that we will return to . Beautiful location extremely walkable to restaurants, bars, markets, beach . Apartment was very clean and extremely comfortable for my family . Monica couldn’t have been more gracious:)

Beautiful apartment with amazing beach view. Right away felt like home and even has own parking space inside the building walls. Apartment was clean and well furnished with all you need. We really enjoyed the morning coffee and evening drinks on the balcony watching sunrise and sunset. Monica was super helpful and friendly. She helped us with the luggages since we had my old parents with me and the building had no elevator. We were sad to leave and regret not to stay for longer time. Thank you Monica 🥰
