We loved our stay at this unit! Ice in the freezer, plenty of clean towels (there were 3 of us staying 2 nights) X- pillows in master bed closet. SO CLOSE TO THE BEACH! if you are traveling with a family member with mobility issues there is NO elevator you are solid stomping up 40 stairs up and down not to mention the sand to and from the beach. Able body humans will do just fine! The unit was clean, comfortable working AC plenty of channels to choose from on every TV. The cabinets were fully stocked as far as tall pots, frying pans, lids plastic cups, and glass cups. They supply you with one small hand washing dish soap, a scubby pad, 2 dish washer blocks. NO LAUNDRY on site we could find. There is a hose and a shower to clean sand off from the beach, which all work wonderfully. Trash reciprocal is located at the right of entrance! Great water pressure! Sand follows you from the beach. Sweeping is a necessity in the main entrance every day.. broom provided! Thank you so much!

This unit is operated by Kees, a vacation property mgmt company. POSITIVES: They're responsive and check in/out is easy. Very responsive. Oceanfront view w/ a deck is obviously fantastic. NEGATIVES: The master bed is really creaky, the couch sags, the living room tv is small for the room. Unit is outdated and was not fully stocked for a multi-day rental (Kees policy: 1 trash bag for the entire stay, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dishwasher detergent pod, 1 bath towel per bathroom). Had no measuring cups, etc. No hand soap or bath soap in the dispensers. If you're spending a week here and plan to use the kitchen, unfortunately you should expect to run to the store to get misc kitchen necessities. No laundry. It's oceanfront so hard to keep it clean, but this unit needs a serious deep clean. Didn't want to walk barefoot. The master shower was moldy and big stains in both bedroom carpets. We've stayed at other similar, nicer Kees properties, but would not choose this one again.
