Es hat alles gut funktioniert. Der Gabriele war Hilfsbereit und hat uns jederzeit geholfen und Empfehlungen gegeben. Die Unterkunft an sich war groß genug und in der Nähe vom Strand. Wir waren zufrieden 😁

The place is walkable distance to the beach in a quiet familial neighborhood with beautiful gardens. We stayed 7 girls in the flat for my bachelorette party. There is enough place for 8 and the space felt very private even though the second floor of the villa was accommodated by others. The beds were comfortable. WiFi worked well. The host was super responsive and helpful at all times.

Nice accomodation for groups (we were 12). Good location for a couple of days in Mondello (10 min walking to beach, cafe, restaurant, small supermarcet). We enjoyed the big terrace! Communication with Gabriele was perfect!

Жильё очень приличное и аккуратное, мы снимали всю виллу на 12 человек. На каждом этаже большая удобная терраса, свои ванные комнаты и санузлы. На первом этаже есть гриль, который немного неудобен в использовании, но отдыху это не мешает. В целом жилье комфортное и вместительное, были небольшие перебои в работе воды, она не всегда работала корректно, иногда была слишком горячая, а в большую часть времени прохладная. Дом расположен недалеко от моря, пешком идти минут 10. Немного смущали соседские собаки, очень много от них шума, частый лай от соседей справа и спереди от виллы. В целом остались довольны жильем и рекомендуем хозяина и его жилище для новых постояльцев!

This listing was inaccurate. Where to even begin, basic amenities were not there. We booked for 6 people with 6 beds (the entire place) and did not receive access to the additional rooms and were crammed up in the bottom area of the villa. We asked to have access to the other rooms and he said that another group of guests would arrive in 2 days. They never came! He offered 3 bathrobes for 6 people to dry off with. Saying that "robes are better than towels". Uhm... After insisting, we received towels the next day. There was not enough cutlery to accommodate all the guests. Not enough chairs, not enough anything. We had to buy our own toilet rolls (as we only had 2 for 6 women for one whole week). The rug in the living rooms was very dirty, full of dust and dog/ cat hair. If you're allergic definitely don't book this place as we had terrible allergy reactions. The bathrooms did not always have hot water. We showered with cold water most of the time. Gabriele made us pay for the occupancy tax in cash upon arrival when our receipt clearly states that we have paid for it already via the Airbnb platform. Overall, I feel lied to! The only good thing I can say about this place is that it's a short walk to the city/ beach. I have never experienced an Airbnb experience like this before, and will definitely not stay here again.
