I had a very confusing experience. The room was aesthetically superb however completely non- functional which is a tragedy. The bedding was the most luxe I’ve come across in a long while and the modern decor was really fresh and crisp. However! There is no partition between the ablution and bedroom which was uncomfortable for the size of the room. The shower head was not adjustable which made showering a messy chore. The room has no air vents so the heat was unbearable- luckily there was an amazing RH fan which I had to keep on all night just to be able to regulate the temperature- this is obviously a massive waste of electricity but I felt I had no choice. Makhokolotso was very friendly and helpful at check- in. Unfortunately I could not reach her come check out time :(
