The cabin was large and felt open. The unit had A LOT of deferred maintenance and it showed. It also appears that there is some sort of electrical short issues occurring. The oven would randomly turn off. The jacuzzi did not work the entire stay (received a small credit for that). Cabinets and couches were in bad shape. Expect more at this price point. Last issue and it’s a big one is that this unit is treacherous getting out of if it has snowed. Had a 4 wheel drive with snow chains and still was sliding when exiting the driveway. It’s very steep, there is a maintenance box right outside which freezes and we were basically stuck in our place as the road was too dangerous to drive on.

The location and the cabin were gorgeous. Very close to the town and the house itself has a beautiful view of the mountains. Unfortunately, the staff at Mammoth Reservations, who you’ll be dealing with, we’re not all that. When asked if there was propane at the cabin, we were given a vague answer. There wasn’t. We had to go buy some. When asked about checking in earlier, we were also given a vague answer. 5pm as a check in time is the latest we’ve ever seen on AirBnB. With a 10am check out time, the stay seemed way shorter. We also ended calling the emergency hotline at night and left a message, which we never got a call back from.

Spacious and clean! Also with an incredible view! Was perfect for our elopement with our immediate families.

Place was fantastic! Very clean, comfortable, spacious and has everything you could need. Would definitely stay here again! 100% recommend!
