Be sure to review the amenity list. The Hot tub was not included during our stay and we thought it was. The photos show the hot tub but we were not allowed to use it. The TV in the master bedroom did not work. Some of the bedrooms did not have TVs. The fridge had a lot of open items and the pantry was loaded with food. The sink held gross old sponges for dishes. Lots of used bathroom items included everything from an electric toothbrush to tweezers and lots of open shampoo bottles. The Jacuzzi tub included many different half-used oils and bubble bath items. The toilet paper was the discount type. She did respond to messages when I reached out about our concerns. She was very polite. I think she has had bad luck with her cleaning service because it is not up to standards. I will admit it is tough getting good help after a long pandemic. The home is a bit 80's style but it sure has plenty of room! The location is fantastic.

Very disappointing experience. We rented the place for my daughter’s 40th birthday weekend and to attend a local event. When we arrived, it took over half and hour for the owner to return the call to receive the access code to get the key. Tons of wasps and nests all over the front of the house and the balcony, we couldn’t even go outside upstairs. Dog poop all over the back yard, random people’s clothing left over from the last visit. Confetti all over the ground and glass by the pool. Soap scum and hair in the drains. Dust everywhere. Jacuzzi isn’t even heated for the amount of money you’re spending and a dirty pool. Someone did come over to clean that at least. No effort was made by to make this look like someone didn’t live here and just left for the weekend. When I called the owner to let her know the house was not clean and that she needed a more thorough housekeeper, it because a very nasty situation. Very hostile and unwilling to rectify any of the problems. Unfortunately I had to be rushed to the hospital and had to leave an entire day early. The owners were very heartless and did not even acknowledge any kind of reimbursement for any cleaning fee or even leaving a day early, told me that because I was going to give a bad review it was black mail. Very unprofessional and callous. Called the owner and sent messages requesting the code to leave the key and it took over an hour for a return call. Had to just wander around town to kill time before my kids could go home while I sat in the hospital. Actually sent a message saying that because someone smoked a cigarette OUTSIDE, she had to have a special cleaning fee added. Ridiculous. No reimbursement of any kind and an extra fee to stay in a dirty house. The pictures are very misleading and I wouldn’t suggest anyone else to stay here. Go stay at the Hilton on international. It’s much cleaner, pool and jacuzzi are clean and heated and for literally half the price.

Beautiful awesome home! You can’t go wrong with this choice! Lots of things to do in the area!

Mrs. Anita was an awesome host. She responded very quickly to any and every questions we had. Her home was BEAUTIFUL...felt like home away from home. I would stay there again.
