Beautiful home, spacious and easy walking distance to beach access. Quiet neighborhood, laid back and away from all the hustle and bustle from crowded vacation spots. Love Holden Beach and hope to return soon.

The location of the house was nice. The first day we were there we called about a broken exhaust fan in the master bathroom. Followed up on Wednesday of our stay and by the time we left on Saturday the fan was still not fixed. Also, it was dirty and dusty around the air registers on the ceiling.

Love Holden beach area and having your own pier at canal is great, except for mosquitoes. We had a few issues with house which we sent to coastal and did get a response, overall our stay was good. I will say you have to bring all things you use such as toilet paper, paper towels and any spices or kitchen items you use so just be prepared to buy or bring these items.

Excellent location! We enjoyed access to the dock for fishing & crabbing, and spent a lot of time on the screened in porch taking in the surroundings. Proximity to beach access is an easy walk - even with little ones.
