This property is even better than what the pictures and description depicted. It's a great spot for large groups. Dan was very helpful, clear, and responsive throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend this property for your visit to PDC.

Totally totally totally recommend staying at Dan’s. We had a group of 9 staying for a Bachelorette Trip and the house was absolutely perfect! Super spacious!!! The house is in a gated community, so super safe. The house was super clean, the daily cleaning services was amazing. The pool was perfect and outside area was perfect for our group. Dan was amazing with communication and had great recommendations. The recommended driver Oscar was the best along with recommend chef services provided by Susan - Uno Catering. The meals provided were absolutely delicious. I felt we were all one big happy family prior to arriving! If you are going to Playa Del Carmen, this is the house to stay!

We loved our time at Playa Del Carmen, but staying at Dan and Mariana’s made the vacation extra special. We had eight adults and two kids, aged one and three. Each couple had their own bedroom with king-size bed and private bath. The kitchen and living area was very spacious, but our favorite place was the round table where all of us could easily fit around for meals and playing games. The outside space was perfect. There was enough shaded eating area, but ample space in the sun. The pool was perfect for the adults, but also had a shallow pool for the kids. We were exceptionally cared for during our stay. Mariana and Dan gave us all the necessary info before our stay. We arranged for the chefs to come for dinners and that was one of our best decisions. They were absolutely lovely and the meals were delicious, loved by all! Oscar, our driver, helped us throughout the week. He made the trip extra fun and easy. We were grateful for the chance to stay at this lovely home!

Its taken a few days to process this last week at Dans place. Truly magical describes it best. The published photos look great but do no justice to how fabulous the place really is. All the lighting in the pool and outdoor space really made it feel cozy, especially at night. The multitude of lounge chairs and beach toys gave us lots of flexibility for those that wanted sun, and those that preferred some shade. We could all hang together without feeling on top of each other. The outdoor TV was nice that we could all watch a movie curled up on the couches. The spacious bedrooms with en suite bathrooms gave everyone the personal space they needed, especially the two teenagers, but had great common rooms to gather in as well. Dan was quick with responses and requests for additional items. The location gave us the nice quiet neighborhood feel, we felt safe, kids had a bit of independence, and just a short distance to catch a cab, and town was very close by. We all voted to return ASAP

Great home for the many members of our family. We had our seven month granddaughter with us and Dan supplied a highchair and two pack and plays for her to use. Easy walking distance to the beach and town from the Villa. Our daily cleaning lady was meticulous on making the Villa shine. Our family enjoyed the beautiful Villa and pool and would love to vacation there again.
