Good value for money villa. Enjoyed stay and would use again if in the Polis area.
The house was built with modest material, and deserves a renovation. The furniture should also be changed, as it is old and of poor quality. Everywhere signs of neglect, from the doors of the soaked kitchen cabinets to the hedges of the garden, poorly maintained and abandoned, so much so that several plants have dried up. The kitchen is unadorned and unsuitable for those who want to cook. But the worst thing is that the house is not as isolated as a photo shows. It is part of a group of four all in a row. During five days of our stay we were disturbed by rude neighbors who blared the music and made drunken screams. It is useless to ask to behave in a civil way, because they continued as if nothing had happened. It is not the manager's fault that the customers are rude, but it is certainly his fault that he did not intervene decisively to put an end to this unfortunate situation. The only thing they did was offer us a discount on a prodsima vacation, after our stay was unpleasant. With the aggravating circumstance that we had explicitly asked for a quiet place.
First of all, we expected that the house is much better according to the photos. Moreover, when we arrived, we found and dirty pool and a broken barbeque. So, we contacted the property manager and hoster, and they arranged to replace the barbeque with a new one and called a person to clean the pool. The problems we found about the house are: •Dirty pool (the daily cleaning was not the best) •A lot of mouses moves between the palm trees •The downstairs bathroom smells bad. Overall the money we gave was too much for this house. The house needs a renovation.
Villa is very shabby: the floor is chipped; furniture is old and wreck; the doors to toilets do not lock; the water leaks from the taps; the a/c is from 80s and cool faintly; there is NO a/c on the first floor, so you’ll have a dinner largely sweating; the pool is over chlorinated; there is NO internet, it frequently disconnects and speed is below 2Mbs; the terrain is full of rubbish
