This unique property is located on the peaceful riverfront of the Northern side of the Noosa River. You have your own private jetty located in a Deep water and Ski zone with a lovely set up of a timber table and chairs an atmosphere perfect for alfresco lunches, fishing, crabbing, swimming, reading a book or even bring your own boat for fishing, skiing or a trip down the heart of Noosa. Linen is not included. you can hire linen or supply your own The property consists of a quaint cottage sleeping a maximum of 4 people - 2 Queen Beds, perfect couples retreat. Large timber entertaining area, there is a sauna/steam room and an outdoor shower. The kitchen has been renovated and includes a large cook top, oven and European appliances. Other facilities of the property include: Dishwasher, Microwave, Nespresso Coffee Machine, Washing Machine and Dryer, Ducted Air Conditioning and Ceiling Fans, Basketball hoop/half court. Please note: Linen is not included. BYO or Linen Hire can be arranged.

We really loved our stay here. It was peaceful, with lots of lovely wildlife and the kids loved being so close to the river for fishing and kayaking. Would definitely recommend

wonderful place to holiday, house has everything you need, very homely, spacious and relaxed style living. Beds were very comfy too. Host was always helpful and got back to us promptly with answers to all our questions. Thank you, we'll definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay!! Brilliant location, so peaceful and enjoyable. Perfect for all families. We had 2 families so the large kids room was amazing!! Sauna was a bonus! Both Cotton Tree and the owner were lovely to deal with . Will definitely be back!

Wow. You drive down a small lane to be greeted by the serenity of the river and this amazing home. It was an amazing long weekend at this property, filled with mornings on the jetty fishing and afternoons lazing on the deck. Thoroughly enjoyed our time here and will be back. The sauna was an incredible bonus.

You have the best of both worlds with the riverfront at your door step or a short 4WD down to the Noosa North Shore beach. A small boat trip will take you into Hastings Street and Noosaville with pleasant restaurants, shopping and much more.

Ferry times Sunday to Thursday 5.30am to 10.20 pm
Friday to Saturday 5.30am to 12.20am
