The historic Willo district of Central Phoenix is the perfect location to relax. Close to many attractions and major freeways, this completely renovated mid-century home offers the ultimate in both luxury and high-end fixtures. Inside, you can pamper yourself in the deep tub (with endless hot water) or multi-faucet shower, snuggle in the luxurious beds, or just laze in front of the 65" 4K TV. Outside, you can relax beside the pool (ask about heating), or just gather under the shaded patio. NOTE: While there is also a Guesthouse on the property, please note that there will never be another set of guests using it while you are on the property. However, to accommodate more of your own guests, you can additionally rent this fully contained Guesthouse - please ask for details. The Main House is very well suited for up to 6 adults/children in the three large-sized bedrooms. The Master has a high-end King Bed, with its own beautiful new 10' x 10' Shower and separate Tub enclosure - plus a door onto the patio area and pool. The two other bedrooms have new Queen-size Beds, and share the Main Bathroom. All bedrooms include black-out curtains The home is fully furnished with everything you will need for a leisurely time away. The Kitchen is also newly-renovated with modern appliances (Dishwasher, Stove, Refrigerator, Microwave) and it includes a set of 12 plates, glasses, cups, flatware, etc - along with a Keurig coffee maker and a Kettle for tea. A Washer/Dryer is provided, including all laundry supplies. The bathrooms are furnished with the soaps, shampoos, conditioners, hair dryers, etc and even some essentials you may have forgotten to bring. We have tried to think of everything to make your stay special. A high-speed internet system is available to all guests and a secure WiFi is provided throughout the property. A 65-inch 4K TV is present in the Living Room and a premium package of TV channel offerings is supplied (including TV shows, movies, and many sports offerings). There is also an Echo Plus (Alexa) providing voice-activated entertainment and speaker capabilities. A large propane BBQ is available for your personal use in the patio area. The pool can be heated, so please ask in advance to have this feature included. The owner will not be present on site however we are not far away and are available to answer any questions you may have - or to address any emergencies that may arise.
