Location is fantastic! Under 10 minutes to the beach and in the heart of everything! Was noisy until 10 but we expected that from the description and previous reviews. The place was clean and the beds were comfy. I would have loved a dresser to put clothes, there is just 1 small closet. Also there is no salt or pepper or Tupperware, I wish I would have known so i could have brought them myself, I guess I’ve just had those things at other air bnb’s so I didn’t think about it! The Thai place across the ally has amazing fresh food and great Mai tais. I would definitely stay again!

My parents and I stayed at Mita's place while moving my daughter out of the dorms at UH at the end of the school year. My parents had never been to Hawaii and have limited mobility. The convenience of the parking space was second to none. You will just not find this level of convenient parking in Waikiki. My dad enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evening and listening to the live music down below. Mita's place was perfect!

Pros: Mita checked in on us after the we arrived to make sure everything was good. The location of the apartment is central to Waikiki and very convenient. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Balcony also provides a wonderful view. Included underground garage parking and A/C was great to have as well. Cons: Multiple bugs, mostly cockroaches in the apartment. Although we took out the trash regularly, we saw them on multiple nights (4/7 nights) and it deterred us from using the kitchen in case the food attracted more bugs. Once the pest issue is fixed, this will be a good place to stay during a visit to Waikiki.

Mita’s place was great! The location is unbeatable and included basic amenities although I wish there were more provided (I was very grateful for the included parking but doing laundry was a bit complicated) — regardless, Mita was very helpful throughout the stay and answered all our questions promptly. The noise at night wasn’t a bother for me (you can barely hear it with the AC on). I will be back!
