This house was amazing, we were a group of 26 and had plenty of room and everything went very smoothly. The addition of the sauna and the bbq hut were awesome. Would absolutely stay again

Das Moarhaus Chalet war wirklich traumhaft , viel Liebe fürs Detail und man hat sich sofort zuhause gefühlt. Kathrin war sehr nett , die Kommunikation war sehr einfach und es fehlte einem an nichts! Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Pictures did not do it justice--the apartment was great. Athens decor was a fabulous mixture of old and new, meaning all the floors walls, bathrooms and appliances were new and 100% functional, while the outside, the exposed beams and farm implement decorations were old and authentic. This is not the typical Ikea bland and cheap furnishings. These are high end solid wood built-ins and high end fixtures. Kathrin, the host, was warm and full of suggestions. We enjoyed the beautiful sauna and enjoyed making use of the grilling hut (super fun and unusuall.) The location worked great for us. Easy access off the highway, and short walking distance to bakery, grocery store, pharmacy, and restaurants. The town is small, but lovely and with an alpen feel. Sidewalks and cautious drivers made walking a pleasure. It is a short 5-10 minute drive to multiple ski lifts and a couple of much larger ski villages. We saw people hop on a ski bis nearby, but we did not use it. Everyday we visited the cows and chickens. We made use of the ski boot heaters to dry our boots each night

Fanatisch huis, lekker ruim. Fijne bedden en voorzieningen. We vonden het ook zo leuk dat we op de boerderij mochten kijken!

The Moarhaus at the “castle” was by far the coolest house we have ever stayed in. It’s a fully updated 500 + year old building on an old Austrian farm. High end amenities were coupled with fresh cow milk, farm eggs, and fresh baked rolls every morning. Kathrin was super sweet and by far the best host I have had in any vacation rental. They make and supply (right in your house) their own varietal jams, smoked ham, cheese, and even brew their own schnapps in the ski boot room! The decor is out of this world and the basement spa/sauna is simply amazing. We were a bit hesitant to book it for our 6-guy ski trip but were simply amazed when we arrived. Great for large families or groups!
