Had a wonderful 1 night stay at Pier’s place, this was the 2nd time we’d stayed at one of his accommodations. Beautifully clean, and we’re grateful to be able to park our car there early so we could get to our friend’s surprise party up the road. Will definitely be booking again as it’s ideal for visiting our friend in Alvescot! Really appreciated the fresh milk, cereal and yoghurt provided too! A lovely touch

The apartment was clean and tidy. Comfortable bed and sofa. Unfortunately after I arrived, someone let themselves into the apartment without knocking and let my dog run out of the front door, I then had to go chasing after him to make sure he didn’t go into the road. I don’t know who she was, she didn’t introduce herself and promptly left after apologising. The shower could have been cleaner, hair found on tiles. The bathroom door doesn’t close. The apartment is in a barn conversion directly next to another, only a thin wall divides them. I could hear everything going on next door, everytime the toilet was flushed or the sink was on, everytime the kettle was boiled and the microwave was on. I could hear absolutely all conversations as well as when they started getting up to business at around midnight which woke me up (take ear plugs if you stay here). The apartment is on the flight path from the RAF base and planes flew over until around 11pm (very loud).

The space was clean and tidy. He left us with some breakfast as well. The bed was very comfortable.
