This vintage icon has been modernized, offering a tranquil setting on our 14-acre foothill farm. Sleep under the stars and listen to the soothing symphony of crickets and owls. Witness the breathtaking sunrise and the moon casting its glow over Paradise. Look out of Nena's abundant windows onto pasturing animals, flocks of wild turkey, serene surroundings, and stoic oak trees. Engage in nearby activities such as hiking, kayaking at Paradise Lake, or spending the day resting on the hammock just just a few steps outside Nana's door. Affectionately named Nena after Julio's mom, who discovered this land with us, she boasts modern amenities, including comfortable Tuft and Needle mattresses with luxury linens, a fully updated kitchen and bath, dining/laptop table, TV, DVD player, fans, air conditioner, and more. Despite the modern upgrades, we've preserved Nena's original integrity and iconic quality. Her interior, appliances, zolatone wall paint, curtains, hardware, lights, shelving, and fabric coverings all maintain her original color scheme. Relish our farm by lounging on the graveled patio, exploring the land, or relaxing in the circle of comfy Adirondack chairs. Unwind on the hammock or stroll the property to visit alpacas, sheep, kittens, dogs, and chickens. Take a nature stroll down a country road or gaze at the stars without limits – the Milky Way shines brightly, and stars twinkle in the winter sky. Enjoy the quiet country space and fresh air with reliable cell service and fiber optic Wi-Fi. The TV comes with a built-in DVD player and flash drive plug-in, or you can connect it to a laptop. Drive 7 minutes to Butte College, or just 5 minutes to Paradise for antiquing. Bike or walk the Paradise historic trail that follows the old railroad line through Paradise, or visit the Paradise Depot Museum.
