We had a wonderful stay at Monica’s property-such a beautiful setting with easy beach access. The condo had everything we needed with plenty of linens and kitchen related items - definitely want to visit again!

Nice place, quiet and right on the beach, although it’s quite a climb down (maybe 100’ vertical difference between beach and home). Great view of the ocean. One of four condos in same building — not quite as much room as we thought from the interior photos, but still plenty of room for my wife and myself. Enclosed balcony in back was great place for our dog, and we enjoyed sipping wine and watching the ocean from there.

Great view and good access to the beach. Kitchen equipped well. Comfortable place for family, couples, or individual.

Had a wonderful couple of days on the Netarts coast. This location is amazing - nothing like the cool breeze and sound of the waves crashing to relieve the stress of the day. Great property all around. Short walk to the beach and just a short drive to Tillamook. Definitely take the time to drive up to Rockaway Beach as well.

Super grateful to spend some time at Monica's place. Easy place to park (our spot was clearly marked), check in was easy. Everything was spotless, clean kitchen. This was important since my toddler was going to be roaming the entire place and rolling around the floors. She was always responsive, always answered questions in a timely manner. The views are unbeatable. It was cold when we went, but still worthwhile putting on our jackets and standing on the balcony. Appliances worked well. We got to wash our clothes and everything. Thanks for such a memorable getaway for our little family. We appreciate you.
