This modern apartment is in a great location at Midtown area with easy access to downtown also. Midtown is a busy commercial area and a vibrant arts hub. The High Museum of Art shows world-renowned works in a striking modern building. Peachtree Street is a hotspot for comedy, bars and big-name shops, with eating options ranging from street food to fine dining. Limited onsite parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis (surcharge). Reservation is needed. The property offer elegance and style that’s unlike any other, beautifully updated with very nice furnishings which will give you a home like vibe. And a fully furnished kitchen where you can cook your own meals.

Great place conveniently located near the hospital Great host
Some issues at checkin but staff was prompt and courteous to resolve the issues. Would definitely stay again.
We were delighted to find such a modern and clean space right near where we wanted to be. It was the perfect place for us to stay and such a great value.

The property is centrally located and is in a very safe neighborhood. The whole apartments has very high security with electronic key. There is CCTV surveillance and 24 hours security guard on duty.
There are also a lot of recreational activities you can consider doing around the area which will make your entire stay more fun and memorable. Fox Theatre is just a 4 minute walk away, Emory University Hospital Midtown is just 1 minute walk, downtown connector is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment, and a lot more.
Parking is available next to building at $10 per day (paid on site by card).

North Avenue station is just 5 mins. walk and MARTA Civic Center is just 8 mins. walk from the property.
A minute walk from Emory University Hospital.
