Good peaceful location like the garden which was clean and well maintained Staff very positive and responsive We had good stay and enjoy staying . Highly recommend for 2 to 3 night stay for family and children will love the peacocks ,ostrich and others .

My wife and I had a wonderful stay. The place was scenic, peaceful, private and well-secured. Also, Alex was very responsive, and a great host! Looking forward to visiting again soon!

Our house was clean and the kitchen was relatively well equipped. During our stay was not cleaned, but that was not necessary for 2 nights. Towels and bed linen were very clean. As others have written, the road to the property is extremely bad (6km, which you would not want to drive in wet weather). The garden is beautiful - especially with all the animals that come to visit you sometimes. All the sadder that there was no garden furniture at all. Too bad! Housekeeping at least brought us a table with 2 chairs. Not particularly cozy, but better than nothing. If you want to spend a few quiet days, Solio Gardens is certainly a good place to be.

Beautiful place...enjoyed the outdoors mostly...though the place is quite a distance from the main to road, and had to drive through a stretch of a rough road (approx 6km). A little bit of confusion when booking (was my first time) and the host suddenly became unresponsive at some point, but received great reception and service from Mary, the guest admin.
