This was my first experience renting a room inside a home lived in by others too. This room was downstairs, and all the others are upstairs, so it felt really private. The plus was having my own separate private restroom. The owner allows you to use her washer/dryer once a week based on a schedule you arrange with her. She also provides you with clean sheets and towels once a week. The area is very clean. All the products you need are available, like cleaning products and kitchenware. You’re given a space in the fridge for your stuff, as well as cabinet space in kitchen. Beautiful home and neighborhood, located close to everything. Owners were wonderful and very helpful. Always good at responding right away when I needed them. Definitely a safe place to stay.

This room at Felix’s place is ground floor, carpeted, cozy, and comfortable. The towel in the bathroom is awesome and the comforter on the bed is very comfortable too. Everything was very clean, simple, tastefully decorated, and nice. Nice kitchen, nice space to put things in the fridge, it was great.

Felix was very quick to respond and very friendly. The house was immaculate and I felt very comfortable and it was in a great neighborhood.
