The place was easy to find, felt right at home. it was very quiet and peaceful. very clean. the owner was great and helpful. it's close to the a lot of social amenities. would be happy to stay over in our next visit

My first time visiting Siem Reap was a good experience. I had a comfortable long-term stay. The host was very responsive. I would recommend this place.

Fantastic value! The apartment is clean, simple but stylish/modern and extremely comfortable- I was ill for most of my time in Siem Reap and was relieved I had such a nice space to recover and even extended my stay for an extra week. In addition to having AC in the room, there's a ceiling fan in the bedroom. Workspace with chair, cupboard with plenty of storage and TV with HDMI port also in the room. Small modern bathroom but plenty of space to shower, with the sink right outside the room. Could do with a hook or two on the back of the door for hanging towels/ clothes. To get hot water from the shower, you'll need to lower the pressure while the tap is turned to the right. The kitchen is separate to the room which was great. There's also a big private washing machine inside, which I really appreciated. Location wise, you can get to Siem city centre via Tuk Tuk in 15/20 mins when there's no traffic. It'll cost around £1.50 and around £3 to go to Angkor Wat (per ride). Make sure to download Grab (option to pay with card but can be more expensive) or Passapp (cash only but cheaper although the route on the app is fixed) as there aren't many tuks tuks around to hail for a ride. The location was my only issue as there are no restaurants or supermarkets nearby. There are a few, really small, local shops but you'll really need to go in town for nearly everything. There is pharmacy at the top of the road that sells some basics. The main road leading to the apartment is probably the most dusty road I've ever come across, so avoid taking that road if possible. During my stay, the apartment road was actually being resurfaced, which meant that everytime I walked in or out, my shoes were a completely covered in red mud as there was no clear path to either gate of the apartment. Hopefully it'll be finished in the next few weeks. Overall however I would highly recommend Pharith's place. Comfortable and stylish space at a fantastic rate, not too far from town. Electricity bill was not expensive at all (although I used the ceiling fan most of the time) and Pharith generously discounted most it as he said I hadn't made use of the free pickup! Will definitely book if in Siem Reap again.

Room is good more than i think and host is very kind. They have everythink that you can stay like your home but it's a little bit far from centre of town. If you want somewhere that private and feel like your home ,here is recommend.

The owner is really friendly and hospitality. Always good care us and really nice to stay here.
