Absolutely loved it! Did not want to leave! My little girl loved that first thing she got to see every morning was the ocean from bedroom windows. Beautiful scenery! So many restaurants near by and close shops. Pier park was close and there was so many things to do there! Host was very kind and responsive to me. Only thing was the parking. You are not allowed to park in the garage parking u less you have a blue card. But parking across the street was not a far walk at all. We definitely will book here again! Very memorable. To rent the beach chair and umbrella it’s 50.00 for two. It’s all day until 5:00. You are able To rent for the week, unsure on cost on that. The beach was sooo gorgeous. We seen a sea turtle which was pretty awesome!

The condo was run down, not a luxury condo as described on listing. The guest bathroom towels were mildewed and had to be washed before we could use them. There was throw up on the bathroom trash can that I cleaned off, the shower curtain was dirty and there are cracks in the wall. The couch is so badly sunken in that you can’t hardly get out of it. Both bathrooms had a funky smell and the curtains over the sliding glass doors are filthy. The master bed is hard as a rock so sleeping is kinda painful. The refrigerator is new so that was good but overall the condo needs to be remodeled because it is very worn down and apparently need new cleaning people because they did a crappy job.

Pretty good place great location room could use a few upgrades and some maintaining adjustments done to it but overall decent value.

You didn't disclose your unit was undergoing some work or very much in need to some work. The rug in the entry to the unit is so dirty and stained, as is the rug in the living area. All over the walls are dirty, paint chipped, peeling and the front bathroom a dirty mess. The tub is to stained with dirt there is a ring around the inside of the tub, we won't be using this even with shower shoes on. To tell me a day prior you will have movers bringing in a fidge is not cool either. I don't know how you can market this as a luxury condo when everywhere I looked needed fixing. There are knobs missing off of dressers, and the cabinet in the hallway has three drawers full of junk, as did the closet in the laundry room where I looked for the iron I never found. The decor was Goodwill style mismatched If you put money back into this home and finished painting, spot painted where walls are soiled, upgraded your bedding, rugs and just had an overall good cleaning, restore the tub mayb just maybe
