We loved our peaceful, quiet weekend getaway at Braeside Cabin. Matt and Rhona were wonderful hosts--warm, welcoming and dependable. The cabin was clean, well-equipped and cosy. We especially loved the private hot tub, the amazing TVs and sound system, and the table that was the perfect size for any board game. Matt and Rhona showed us how everything worked, and even let us meet their very friendly dog Robbie midway through our stay. The view of the mountains is beautiful, and there are some amazing walks nearby. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

We had absolutely amazing time at Matt and Rhona’s place. It is very private and cozy lodge, a lot of shops, take aways and restaurants around and perfect location for trips. Lodge is as described and shown on pictures and it has everything you might need. Perfect for families with children, as there is a trampoline and an area to play outside. We went to the Kelpies (20mins away), Falkirk wheel (20mins away), Glasgow and Edinburgh (each just under 1h away), but there is much more to explore in that area.

Excellent hospitality by the hosts! They made us feel extremely welcome & nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend a stay at the lodge. ( The Welcome gifts were an extra touch of Excellent hospitality) Their place is central to all that Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 has to offer, with Stirling Castle 🏰, The William Wallace museum, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Loch Lomond,beautiful mountains for hiking & hidden Waterfalls a plenty. We were spoiled for choice. We will definitely book again next year! Thanks for a lovely stay Rhona, Matt & there beautiful daughter x

Matt & Rhona are friendly helpful and very welcoming. We had a lovely stay in there Cabin perfect place to celebrate our daughters graduation from Stirling University.
