The Raspberry Ridge Farm is absolutely amazing! Ron and Paulette were very welcoming and always responded quickly to any questions I had about my stay. The room was very comfortable, had everything needed, and was beautifully decorated The property is very peaceful - lots of gardens, animals, and trails to explore. It is a short drive to the cute Viking downtown with great restaurants and shopping. This was the perfect weekend getaway. I can’t wait to visit the farm again!

You are reading this review because you want to get the best place possible for your money, right? STOP LOOKING! I was very hesitant to get a room inside of a home but this is more like a “ bed and breakfast” feel (no bfast). The small details: the whirlpool bathtub has Bath & Body products. The huge walk-in shower has Dove products. No true workspace unless you remove the antique items off of the slab of beautiful wood. However, you can use the large kitchen table, which is right outside your door and separate from their home (privacy yay). From the minute you walk in the front door until you get to your room, you will be amazed by the decorations/antiques, and the lighting down the hallway to your room. The Keurig: regular coffee, decaf, and teas. The bed is the most comfortable & the linens are high-quality! The goats, chickens, & horses are a special surprise as you get to go in the pens! We fed apples to the horses (that were given). We will absolutely stay here again!!!
The Raspberry Room was awesome! Beautiful views of the mountains off the patio. Comfy bed, linens, & pillows. Bath tub was a relaxing soak. Coffee & Tea without having to leave the room a plus. The well water was so refreshing. Loved the hike behind the property & all the animals on site. We had a fabulous time and plan to return.
Words cannot describe this place, you have to see it's beauty and charm for yourself. Every detail was perfect, Ron and Paulette were amazing hosts, and their property is gorgeous! Absolutely amazing in every way!

My husband and I live on a 17 acre working farm in Poulsbo, Washington called Raspberry Ridge Farm. Poulsbo is a quaint Norwegian town that I chose to live in because it reminded me of my childhood on the coast of Maine. We love the water, and Poulsbo/the Kitsap Peninsula is surrounded by the gorgeous Puget Sound. When we bought the farm in 2002, it was nothing but a stump field. We knew the land had potential with the gorgeous Olympic Mountain views from most points of the property.Ron has worked tirelessly over the years to build the barn, the house, and has done a lot of landscaping. It is always an adventure here on the farm with lots of animals and fun to be had. Ron works as a general contractor, and I recently retired from 23 years of teaching elementary school. We look forward to seeing what adventures lie ahead!
