Carlos place is nice..it feels like home. It has a parking space. It's cheaper but needs a little bit cleaning coz its dusty but over all our stay is great! Thank you.

This was such. good find specially if you're going to Mati with family or friends. It has 3 air-conditioned bedroom, a living area, a dining, a clean bathroom, and a kitchen. We had a late check-in and they had let us check-out an hour after the usual check-out time, which was really great. This is actually part of budget inn and we didn't know it until we arrived. It would be better if you go to their receptionist upon checking in because when we asked the locals they don't have any idea there's an airbnb in the vicinity. Found out it's their family suite. Place is comfortable and around 10 minutes away to the beaches. Would recommend this place.

Mati accommodations have been quite pricey but CARLO’s place is good for 6. It has three bedrooms (each with Aircon) a fridge, rice cooker, water dispenser, eating and cooking utensils as well as a stove. The staff are super friendly and helpful.

Overall, I would highly recommend this place of Carlo to anyone seeking a clean, peaceful, and affordable stay. The hosts clearly put a lot of effort into making sure that their guests have a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and it shows in every detail of the stay.
