Quiet location and only 0.3 miles to beach, takes 5 minutes to walk. we didn't expect too much from the accommodation as the price is quite cheap. This said, the shower room is very tired, needs renewing. The walls need painting, lights needed fixing, some pans are ropey as well as the kitchen cupboards. Good support from hosts agents, with swift response times.

Het appartement voldeed aan alle beschrijving en de foto’s kwamen overeen, een rustige omgeving in Santa Maria waar je gemakkelijk in een paar minuten bij het strand, winkels en restaurant bent. Fijne communicatie met de Co-host Viviane ze heeft een taxi geregeld voor mijn komst die mij naar het appartement heeft gebracht, heb ik zeer gewaardeerd.

We stayed at Nelson's apartment for 10 days, a couple with a 11 months old baby and we recommend you stay here when visiting Sal and Santa Maria. The location is very good, it was clean and the amenities are good, the bed is comfortable. Nelson and his co-host Viviane are very responsive and helpful!
