Stayed here over the weekend while visiting town with some friends. Overall, the location is amazing easy walking distance to a bunch of restaurants, bars, and the beach. The condo is as described with all the amenities. I would say that there were a few issues that the host could not foresee however she was very responsive. The only complaint I would have is that the unit is very humid. We used the infant pack and play and it smelled musty. We had to open the windows and help ventilate the unit. Otherwise we had a great stay. The condo was very family-friendly.

We have never experienced such wonderful condo owners as with Mandy and Kieth. Their quick response time with any questions we had was appreciated.The condo was very clean and well supplied with paper products. There was a nice clean pool and just steps from the ocean. The location is so convenient for taking many day trips. We highly recommend staying at this condo.

Nice apartment in a great location right on the beach. With two bedrooms and two full bathrooms this a great place for two couples to share. The beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood was walkable with access to restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again.

This condo is exactly as described. It is well stocked and very comfortable. Just a short walk (5 minutes) to the ocean. Jacksonville Beach is beautiful. Mandy seems very nice. The condo was available for early check in when we arrived which was great.
