非常好的房间，设施齐全，可以做饭，洗衣服，熨衣服。沙发很喜欢，可以躺在上面晒着夕阳看风景，喝杯咖啡吹着风儿发发呆。

Great apartment at great price, feels very cozy and has all necessary amenities. Compared to many sterile apartments available on Airnb, you can feel the spirit of the owner here, the furniture and general atmosphere are well thought out, also everything that could be required during your stay was available - a hairdryer, towels, replacement bed linen, dishes, etc. The view from the window and the location of the house are excellent - the metro is only a 10-minute walk, at the same time, around the house itself it was very quiet and there were a lot of trees around, it was easy to breathe and the noise of the big city was not felt. An advantageous feature was the presence of a washer on the balcony - no need to take clothes to the laundry, although there are paid (10 baht) washing machines right next to the house entrance. The owner responded very quickly, check-in and check-out were very fast and easy. I enjoyed my stay and definitely recommend Wei's place. Thanks!

The flat is very nice. There are 2 7eleven in walking distance, some street-food stalls and fruit vendors. It has a little balcony with a washing machine, TV and WIFI. But unfortunately for the first 4 days of my stay, the WIFI connection didn't work (they had a cable problem) and I had to spend my time without internet. Wei was quick to respond all my questions but still it took them 4 days to fix it. Also the bathroom could use a good clean-up. I stayed there for 12 days and for the last 4 days, the sink of the shower was blocked and half of the bathroom was under water. I went to the pool instead, but had to buy a ticket for 100 baht to use it.

Location and Size of place was perfect for the days I was in the neighborhood. Wei is quick to respond to needs but bring your own towel and sheets as it may not be changed from prior guests. quiet housing in a beautiful apartment complex with lots of trees a pool and water slide for 100 baht. There is a restaurant with delicious homemade pizza near pool and a market for all other food nearby. value for price.

Wei's condo has got so much potential but I have to start off with the negatives. The place needed a very good clean. The bathroom was disgusting, the whole place hadn't been dusted for so long, there was a full dirty ashtray on the window ledge & the microwave was unhygenic. We only had one towel between 2 of us and we were given a cut up t-shirt to use as a tea towel. The kitchen area was dirty and I had to clean the bathroom, kitchen and microwave before we could use them. There was only one drinking glass between 2 of us, there was no pan for cooking and no oven as stated in the listing. The listing also stated that there was a gym and a pool included which were both free to use. Yes there was a gym and a pool but both could only be used at a cost of 200 Bhat for an hour in the gym or 100 Bhat to use the pool. The aircon system was out dated and didn't work very well at all. We also had an issue with the Truevision cable TV. Now for the positives. Wei's condo is in a great location, there is two 7/11 within walking distance, a family mart, a restaurant and bar on site, many street food eateries within walking distance. The place is very quiet and private, away from the hustle and bustle of Bangkok. Tesco express is a short taxi ride at 50 Bhat as is Central Llaza and Mega Bangna. The area has everything you could wish for. Check in was nice and easy & Wei had filled the bathroom with toiletries and he also responds to your queries very quickly. On the issue with the Aircon he had 2 engineers come around to fix the issue, as did the Truevision engineer who fixed the cable TV. Wei also dropped an oven around after 1 week and he reimbursed me 1000 Bhat for the misunderstanding with the pool and the gym. The Wi-Fi was great as was the cable TV. All in all Wei is a very good host and his place could be fantastic if it had a few finishing touches and is given a really good clean.
