it was a pleasure stay and enjoyed a lot ... ambience is so good that I enjoyed with my family.. very calm and secured place too to stay.. The host is an excellent person where she took care so nicely... No disturbance and a very hygienic stay .. Overall enjoyed a lot

This is a 3BHK property in an independent house. Of which 1 or 2 bedrooms are let out to the guests and the 3rd bed room (along with all the common areas in the facility) is used by the owner and her maid. Four of us (all guys) booked this facility for a get together. Due to the presence of owner within the flat do not expect any privacy. At times even felt some kind of paranormal activity in the flat where the lights where going off automatically when we were moving from one room to another room. Only to realize later that the lights were actually being switched off by the maid or the owner when we were moving between the rooms. The land lord keeps on preaching on switching off the lights, AC and usage of common areas within the facilities. Flush was not working in one of the bathrooms, which was highlighted to the owner but it was not resolved. Four of us ended up adjusting in single washroom. We paid a total of 6200 for one night at this property. Stay is not worth your money and time. If you are one of those who look for some privacy and freedom in your travels, its best to avoid this place. Kind advice to the old lady at the property: Please stop strolling around the guests, giving cleanliness tips every one hour. Its making the stay very unpleasant and uncomfortable. Be ready to bare the power bill of INR 100, when you are collecting a rent of 6200/night and stop making the guests conscious about switching on the lights or ACs

The place was awesome , we had a great time over there. The host was cool and friendly. And i would like to mention that all the toiletries were provided at the property including the towels so if you are planning to stay at this property you don’t have to worry about these thingss. Overall a wonderful experience for me.

House is good. Rooms were clean and Jacinta was always reachable over phone. However the location is remote without connectivity to public transport. Location was not found even through GPS. Hence it was challenging to book an Uber. Absence of former caretaker made maintenance difficult. Entrance into the house on the first day depends on host availability. No lock for the room. Its a good bet for people with personal vehicles.
