Lovely area and natural accommodations. Fast response time It was overall better than I excepted! Highly recommend if you wanna get away from the city but not too far away.

I rented for two months while working on a nearby construction project. Cute cabin run by great people. Quiet and in the mountains. The place had everything I needed. Excellent cell service. I brought a couple of appliances from home by preference.

Great hosts. Gorgeous little cabin in the mountains, and in the peaceful Forest Ranch area. Chico isn't far either when you need to get groceries or other supplies. John and Nancy are super friendly and make you feel at home. The place is clean and has everything you need to be comfortable, it even has a grill on the porch. Excellent cell service if you need to work.

John & Nancy are absolutely wonderful and I was so lucky to stumble upon their cabin! I was there for the better part of 6 months with my two small dogs and this was the perfect space for us; the dogs had a field day with the outdoor run! The area is quiet, serene, and has breathtaking sunsets every night. The wildlife is very much present, but never posed an issue or inconvenience to myself or the dogs while we were there. This is the absolute perfect place for anyone looking to get away and enjoy nature at its finest, while still being close enough to the city for anything you may need. Thank you again, John & Nancy!
