I have spent few months at Peter’s place and it was lovely. Peter is really kind, and communication was really enjoyable !

About Peter: Peter was amazing and kind. a very nice person. I stayed here for about a month and it was very comfortable. Peter helped me to adjust to munich and germany. we had really good times. He has very good knowledge about the area. About the stay: A comfortable room, clean and peaceful. Access to garden with apple trees, grapes and beautiful plants. The kitchen, stove, refrigerator, washing machine, dryer were all good and worked well. The kitchen is fully equipped as described. Accessability: The stay is very close to the S-bahn station. The S3 has direct access to the hbf. I had to travel to munich city everyday and It was very comfortable. Proximity: Penny supermarket is walkable distance. Good restaurants nearby. Next stop - Holzkirchen has good southern connectivity. Tegernsee (a town with beautiful lake and restaurants) is just an hour away by train. Ultimately a very good stay. I had a great experience and would definitely come back again.

Peter was extremely nice and responsive when I had questions during my stay, and the place is located at a 2min walk from the train station so it is fairly easy to move. The city is calm and peaceful so overall a good place to stay. However, the place also has 2 other roommates(not disruptive) which didn’t leave the kitchen clean or left hair inside the bathtub/bathroom sink but otherwise are really nice. Also, the photo does not show the full room and the chair and desk are not what are on the photo but rather a broken camping chair and wobbly table with a broken lamp. Overall a nice stay for a month

Das Zimmer wäre sehr gut für einen kurzfristigen Aufenthalt aber für mich war es ein bisschen schwierig, dort für eine. ganzen Monat zu bleiben, weil ich zur Arbeit in München mehr als 45 Minuten brauchte. Peter ist ein anständiger Gastgeber, würde ich ihn auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Bzgl. des Zimmers, würde ich nur um mehr Sauberkeit in der Küche bitten.

I had a very good stay at Peter's place. Peter is a very good host who is always available if you need something, a really helpfull guy. I rented a room for 3 weeks, and I am very pleased with what I got for the price. As it is a shared appartement, there were other guests. They were nice and participating in the cleaning tasks, so appartement was clean. Thank you very much Peter ! I can only give m'y recommandation :)
