The first floor apartment is located in a huge villa inside of a flourishing garden at just 150 mt from the sea (2 minutes walking) in the area of Sas Linnas Siccas in Calaliberotto, near Orosei. In this part of the Gulf, one of the most astonishing of Sardinia, the coast offers uncontaminated nature, many beaches with hidden bays, pinky granite rocks, long white sand shores, turquoise and shallow water, beautiful pine forests. The apartment in villa is composed by a spacious living room, two double bedrooms, one bathroom (shower, wc, lavabo and bidet), kitchen and terrace. The house is equipped with all domestic appliances (wash machine, fridge, iron, hairdryer) and is also endowed by useful devices for families with children (high chair, baby cot, bedside, kit of dishes and cutlery for children)

Es war eine tolle Zeit mit der Familie auf Sardinien. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht und die Kommunikation zu Eleonora war perfekt. Vielen Dank dafür!

Eléonora a été une hôte très sympathique, disponible et réactive à nos messages. Le logement est parfait, très bien entretenu et très propre mais également très bien équipé. La situation de ce logement est parfaite avec un accès à pied à une petite crique et plages. Encore merci Eléonora ce fut un plaisir !

Wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen und freundlich aufgenommen. Eleonora war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns in allen Belangen Tipps und Informationen gegeben. Die Lage der Wohnung ist genial und das Meer nur wenige Fussminuten entfernt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder in Eleonoras Wohnung zurückkehren und wünschen ihr alles Gute.

Ein toller Unterkunft! Super Betreuung von Eleonora, jederzeit erreichbar und super freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung. Die Terrasse ist auch toll zum verweilen. Die Strände in der Umgebung haben uns auch sehr gefallen vor allem Spiaggia Sas Linnas Siccas. Das war unser Liebliengsstrand und in nur wenigen Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt.

Die Wohnung von Eleonora ist perfekt für vier Personen. Sie ist großzügig geschnitten und bietet zahlreiche Möglichkeiten für Stauraum. Jeder Raum ist klimatisiert, wobei die Wohnung auch im Hochsommer sehr angenehm kühl geblieben ist. Die Terrasse ist privat und ideal für einen ungestörten Aufenthalt. Durch einen zweiten, überdachten Zugang hat man die Möglichkeit die Strandsachen separat zu lagern und zu trocknen. Fußläufig sind zwei Strände erreichbar die flach ins Wasser abfallen. Weitere Strände sind mit dem Auto in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Eleonora war immer zu erreichen und hat bei allen Fragen schnell geholfen. Die Kommunikation auf Englisch war super. Durch den Campingplatz nebenan waren viele Familien mit Kindern am Strand. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen und wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit weiter empfehlen.

Sas Linnas Siccas (Cala Liberotto) is the residential area where the house is located. It is surrounded by the green plants of the Mediterranean maquis and by wonderful pine forests, you can hear the rumor of waves and you can smell juniper all around, all of this make it a peaceful and enjoyable area, the ideal place for a relaxing holiday to nature.
More than 10 wonderful beaches are located near the villa, you can reach them by walking or by bike.
Seawater is always transparent and clear, thanks to shallow water it is perfect for children, the sand is white and with fine grain. In this area you can rent canoes, pedalos and there is also a windsurf school.
In 3 minutes by car you car reach the area called Sos Alinos where you can find all the main services: pharmacy, stores, police, emergency medical center, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, gelateria, beauty center, ATM, church… In the parking situated just in front of the store hosts can find some stands where it is possible to book boat trips to the most astonishing bays of the Gulf: Cala Mariolu, Cala Sisine, Cala Luna, Cala Goloritzè…
The natural oasis of Bidderosa (proteced area) is only 5 minutes by car.
Towards north the wide and enchanting Berchida beach can be reached by only 20 minutes by car, at the same distance you can visit the sand dunes beach of Capo Comino, while San Teodoro and al its marvelous beaches (La Cinta, Isuledda, Cala Brandinchi) are at about less than one hour.
Going towards south you can find the beautiful beaches of Orosei: Osalla, La Marina, Su Barone.
Orosei, Galtellì and Posada instead, are very pretty villages where you can go for a night walk or an ice cream. Nùoro (consideres as the sardinian Athens) is reachable by one hour of car.

Il mio sogno nel cassetto è girare il mondo con uno zaino in spalla, nel tempo libero faccio teatro, mi piace leggere poesie e vorrei imparare a suonare la chitarra. Ho vissuto tanti anni in giro poi ho deciso di tornare nella mia bellissima isola: la Sardegna. La casa al mare che mio padre e mia madre hanno sognato e poi costruito, costituisce da più di quindici anni un apprezzato luogo di vacanza in cui tanti amici hanno soggiornato e in cui continuano a venire a trovarci. A pochi passi dal mare è un luogo di pace e riposo dove rifocillarsi dalla fatica della città e godersi la natura e il profumo del mare.
