Carel and Patries’ place is perfect - quiet, stylish and comfortable, there is a beautiful garden filled with birdsong and places to relax under the trees. It is a dream come to true, we would love to come back!

My boyfriend and I spent 3 nights at Carel's place and had a lovely time! Carel and his wife are very hospitable and friendly people, but also gave us total privacy. Carel gave us some excellent recommendations of local places to eat and things to do, which we really apprecited. The apartment was even better than in the pictures and was spotless, with a very comfortable bed and great shower. It's perfect place to disconnect, as the grounds are beautiful and surrounded by nature and there are lots of little spots to sit and enjoy, but it is also only about 15 minutes drive to the beach and town of Xabia. We highly recommend it and will definitely be back! Thank you very much Carel and Patries (and their dog, Sjors)!

Patries & Carel are awesome hosts who gave us some great tips for Javea and the surrounding area and a warm welcome. They were always available if we had any questions. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our days a lot. The apartment matches the description. The accommodation, even though it's located in the middle of nature, is also very easy to find with Carel's directions. Highly recommended.

Carel und Patries sind wunderbare Gastgeber, die uns mit tollen Tipps für Javea und Umgebung versorgt haben und immer erreichbar waren. Wir haben uns zu jeder Zeit sehr wohl gefühlt und unsere Tage vor Ort sehr genossen. Das Apartment entspricht der Beschreibung und auch das Anwesen ist mit der Erklärung sehr gut zu finden. Nur zu empfehlen :)

El apartamento cumplió con las expectativas que teníamos y estuvimos muy a gusto. Carel estuvo siempre muy atento y amable. Recomendado si quieres tranquilidad y no te importa coger el coche para estar por Jávea.
