Room 2: Queen bed, closet, dresser,office station,night stand and full bathroom. KITCHEN: • Fully Equipped & ready to use for light cooking: with pots, pans, cooking utensils. PLEASE CLEAN IT IF YOU USE IT. • Dishwasher • Plates,silverware,bowls, glasses. • Dining table outside/ Bar-height inside. • Microwave. - Small coffee pot. -Refrigerator. CLEANING FEE: • Fee includes what is done in preparation for the guests' arrival: a one-time linen/towel setup & apartment cleaning before check in (there is no maid service during the stay). We like to do all we can so that our guests have a great experience. We have a Home Guide at the apartment but we are also available to answer questions and troubleshoot if necessary. Our place is located in a quite neighborhood with minimal street traffic. .
