It is a difficult review to write as Nikki's webpage was misleading but the flat was pleasant. I wanted a place in Kelso and was the info was headed Kelso However, it was not until I read instructions on how to get there I found it was in a small village 7 miles outside Kelso. Just not good enough .It also said private parking but it was parking on the road. The instructions for entry were poor. It said it was a beige door but it was grey. There were no flat numbers on the door. The village was delightful and it had a very good community shop but there was only one place to eat and I did not find the smell of the cooking fat inviting. The flat was attractively decorated and there was a starter pack of food and drink which was helpful The garden was accessed by walking though the neighbour's garden. It did not have a private access. So we did not use the garden as we did not want to disturb the neighbour. So to summarize : give accurate information and don't mislead.

Really nice property spotlessly clean Nikki very helpful , great location for walkers/cyclists with many routes nearby. Would highly recommend this property.

The flat is spacious, beautifully decorated & has all you need. Including a wonderful little walled private garden! It's location is so beautiful & peaceful & just a short drive to Kelso.

Absolutely loved our stay. Its perfect for a couple or single person too have great vacation ! Nikki hasn't cut corners when it comes to furnishings . Very high standard ! Not only was the home superb but the people in the village were amazing . Ive never felt so welcome. Felt like home from home . Will definitely be coming back soon . Thank you so much x
