This was my second time staying here. I loved the aesthetic of the room and appreciated the host's responsiveness. The garbage segregation was also a plus. Furthermore, the host allowed me to check in early due to my 5 am flight. Will definitely book this again on my next trip.

This place is very convenient and accessible from public transport and has a parking area. At the ground floor of the building has restaurants , near to 7-11, walking distance to the famous Roxas Night market of Davao City. The unit is located at the top floor and you can see the view of the whole city at night, and the Samal Island is visible from her room. The Amenities are appropriate for the short stay in Davao City. It has fully automatic washing machine as well. The room is cold and beddings are good. Other appliances are available too. What was listed in her add was really there. Our host was very responsive to our queries. This place is very affordable and highly recommended.

Very nice and clean place. Complete amenities, great view from 17th floor. And my most favorite, may parking at a very affordable price much much cheaper compared sa price pag sa guard ka kukuha. Free parking pa sa second day 😍
