the house Looks exactly like in the photos, beautiful, my work group and I enjoyed it a lot, the location is great one block from the beach easily accessible. My communication with Cynthia was great and she was always very attentive to what we might need.

If you don’t mind the micromanaging of the a/c or the hostel and noisy neighbors or a lot of the furniture breaking because of normal usage or being told that you have to many people coming and going even though its under the limit of people allowed then this airbnb is set in a great location and very pleasing to the eye and might be a great place for you. Let me start off with the good points. I had a great time staying at this house. The location with regards to the beaches, grocery stores and restaurants are perfect. The rainfall shower in the master bath makes you feel like you are in a spa. The pool is probably my favorite part of this house. I stayed during the winter/spring and was able to get in the pool almost every day comfortably because of the pool heater. The house is very nicely decorated and stocked with every thing you will need, utensils, dishes, dish washer, toaster oven, towels, Roku tv, board games and much more. The internet at the house worked flawlessly. I am a remote worker and the one day it had problems the owner was able to resolve the issue with in minutes. All of that being said I would not book this airbnb again. The first month and a half was pretty good. The last part of my trip not so much. There were a few issues I encountered that left me with a bad taste in my mouth. Half way through my stay the owner asked if she could pop in, while I was out, to access something in the garage. About a day after I received a call with a list of complaints from the ac being set to low to the bedding having a little mud on it in the laundry room to the amount of people I had coming and going to the pool floats I had in the pool. After this call I felt attacked. She tried to make me feel bad about having my boyfriend stay at the house with me when the limit listed on airbnb was 8 people which I never exceeded. The ac, I would set to 69 at night and 72 in the day time. After her visit she started controlling the ac from her phone and would set it anywhere from 70-76 when she felt like it. She would also text me if I changed it telling me I was being excessive even though I was paying the extra electric bill as stated on the contract. Another problem I had while staying at this airbnb is the neighbors. The neighbors in the back of the house are very loud and have 3-5 children outside screaming all day. The Neighbors to the left are very unhappy about this house being an airbnb. There was one incident where the cops were called because the neighbor was harassing my boyfriend and I. He screamed at us as we were getting out of the car and walking into the house and then he stood in front of the house for about 5 minutes until we came out and then proceeded to scream at us for another 30 minutes. At this time I told the owner what was going on and she called the police so we could give them a statement. The sinks were another issue. The kitchen sink would get clogged constantly. The owner asked us to put drain-o down it and the pipes ended up busting filling my clothes and the floor with a nasty chemical mixture. I was with out a sink for 5 days. Also the one time the pool heater broke it was broken for almost two weeks making the pool unusable for that part of my stay.

Cynthia's airbnb was better than expected. The house is on a quiet and safe street steps away from the beach, grocery stores, tennis courts, a running track and bike paths for outdoor activities. The house was much larger than expected and spotless. I stayed over Christmas and Cynthia had a fully decorated Christmas tree in the living room, which goes to show the level of detail put into the airbnb. The spa-like rain shower and heated pool in a very private backyard were great for relaxing and the house was stocked with every amenity you'd need. I would highly recommend Cynthia's airbnb to anyone interested in spending time along the Space Coast or a quiet retreat near the ocean.

Clynt and Cynthia's house was even more than we expected. It was a home, a place where we were able to come back to after a long day and have no worries. The location offers the ability to walk to the beach and take advantage of the local community without having to drive anywhere. Clynt and Cynthia were great especially given this global pandemic. They were always just one call away if we needed anything.
