What a treat to stay in a nice, tidy condo, footsteps from the beach, with a view of the ocean off the deck! The place had high-quality furnishings throughout, updated fixtures in the bathrooms and kitchens, and especially nice decorative touches, showing that the **owner** cares and puts effort in. What prevented this home from earning five stars was the part handled by the rental management company, which dragged things down a notch or two. Overall, a very good experience, I would happily return!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! We spent three nights here for a long weekend birthday trip, and the condo was great. The location was perfect - right on the beach, the condo was comfortable and looked just like the pictures, and the deck with the ocean view was lovely. KEES provided helpful text messages for how to check in and out, and they even sent me a list of local restaurants that was really handy as it was our first time to the Duck area. I would definitely stay here again!

I found Charlie's Casa to be exactly as described. Access was easy and the unit was very clean upon arrival. The kitchen offered everything I needed for preparing my own meals. The unit offers a very nice view of the Atlantic via the covered deck facing the beach/ocean. Spectacular sunrises and moonrises were both easily viewed from the deck. Communication with the host was easy and clear. Will check for availability next time I'm planning to visit Duck.

If you don't need an entire house, then Colony by the Sea condominiums is a good alternative. It's a quiet, beachfront location, and about a mile from the Town of Duck.
