Hi, I'm Ketsuda, but most people simply call me by my nickname, King. I am a born and raised Chiang Mai(-ian) married to an American ex-pat. Our goal is to give you a running head start from the moment you arrive in Chiang Mai. First and foremost, we are English speakers, making your transition to South-East Asia as easy as possible. We do our best to convey our local knowledge to new arrivals. From the best local eateries, where to get freshest fruits/veggies, places that cater to specific diets, different schools for Massage/Yoga, how to get around our city like a local, to setting up tours/drivers at non-tourist prices. The list goes on.... All units include Cable TV, AirCon, working desk, Western style toilet, among other basics all travelers would appreciate. We also offer complimentary STABLE, HIGH-SPEED WiFi, (+LAN in some units) CMStay currently has two offerings: CMStay @Baan Ouikum is inside the Old City walls and moat. Close to the Sunday market and the tourist center, but far enough to be outside of the noise. CMStay @Baan Ouikum with Kitchenette. Same location, but twice the size and cooking facilities. We like to believe that we are great hosts, we are multi-lingual and have a strong knowledge base of Chiang Mai which can help with the nuances of traveling in a new country. We're always looking forward to meeting new people and maybe even being able to help a newbie find their way around. Most of all, we are always willing to try and help.
