We had a relaxing time at Rumen's home. The location was perfect for us, as we wanted to take day trips to nearby historical sites and beaches. His home had all the amenities available for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the sea view from the balcony and backyard, the wood burning fireplace, and master bedroom with a sauna and jacuzzi tub! We will be back soon! Thanks Rumen for your kind hospitality!

Excellent house with a perfect view / not a beachfront house but with a beautiful and long pool / the garden with exotic plants is also very nice / we was two couples staying few days in December with our dogs / the upstairs bedroom has AC / downstairs it is a real fireplace and some electric heaters / the kitchen is full equipped / the cars could be parked safely outside or even in the yard/ Rumen is very kind and responsive / very good price for location

Rumen is super friendly and really responsiveto our needs. The house is great and the view is spectacular. Even though it was a bit cold outside, the pool was awesome. The garden is perfect and cozy and there are a lot of relaxation spots around the premises. Overall a 9 out of 10

We had fabulous time in any respect The Villa comes with spectacular views, beautiful garden, and specious pool tucked in between diverse horticulture. Very stylish interior and exterior design as well - one must view the sunset and sunrise from the top balcony , it is worth staying there just for this ! Excellent for self catering - all kitchen and other facilities in perfect working order. There is a set of weights and bench rest which is good for most levels fitness workout and this is located at the top balcony. Range of shops and supermarket 5min walking distance from the villa. 10 min walk to the nearby beach (or use your car - there is parking area near the beach). I would Strongly recommend a stay !!
