Tom was easy to communicate with and even offered an upgrade for a beautiful ocean and pool view. He was responsive and provided all the information about check-in and the reservation upfront. He answered all my questions and there were no difficulties at check-in and throughout my stay. The place and resort is beautiful and everything you need for a Hawaiian vacation.

We loved our stay at the Westin Kaanapali Ocean Resort Villas! We stayed in a studio that was very clean and big enough for our family with 2 little ones. The small kitchenette was helpful for quick meals or reheating leftovers. The studio had a Juliet balcony, so you can’t go out or sit on it. The resort was beautiful with a big pool and kid areas. You can use the pools at the Westin North and Nanea next door too. There’s a great boardwalk along the beach and other resorts. It’s conveniently located on a wonderful beach as well. Tom was responsive, helpful, and informative. The booking process was easy. Would definitely book with Tom again!

We had a great stay! Tom provided excellent check in instructions. Our villa was super clean. comfortable and we had a great view.
